25th ANNUAL U.S. AND EUROPE TAX PRACTICE TRENDS • M&A hot topics

Our Andrea De Nigris will be among the speakers at the 25th Annual U.S. and Europe Tax Practice Trends conference, which takes place on 9-11 April 2025 in Amsterdam. Andrea will take part at the round-table on M&A hot topics, discussing current trends in M&A transactions. The discussion will be chaired by Devon Bodohand Nina Kielman. Andrea will focus his presentation on domestic and international tax aspects to be dealing with in mergers of equals and private equity transactions.
