ABA • Global Wealth Planning: Intergenerational Wealth Transfer, Investment Vehicles, and Beyond

Today, our Luca Romanelli will be among the speakers at the 17th U.S. and Latin America Tax Practice Trends Conference, cosponsored by ABA Section of Taxation, IBA Taxes Committee, and IFA USA, which will take place from 18-20 June, 2025 at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami. In particular, Luca will speak on a session with the working title “Global Wealth Planning: Intergenerational Wealth Transfer, Investment Vehicles, and Beyond”, and will focus on (i) Inheritance tax, (ii) tax residence and mobility (e.g. tax regimes for HNWI and inbound workers), and (iii) family business issues (restructuring and wealth transfers) following the amendments of the Italian tax reform. The panel co-chairs will be Sonia Velasco and Ellina Berdichevsky.
