IBA - Conference "New Era of Taxation"

Next Thursday, our Luca Romanelli will take part in an interesting panel at the conference "New Era Of Taxation" of the International Bar Association (IBA), held in Dublin from 2 to 3 December. In particular, the panel will analyze the new concept of beneficial ownership in the wake of Principle Purpose Test (PPT), of Multilateral convention (MLI) and the Danish cases of European Court of Justice.
